Aluminum layshaft is strategically CNC-machined to minimize rotating weight without compromising strength or integrity. The precision layshaft minimizes runout, eliminating drivetrain vibration and producing a positive balance. The layshaft includes two pressed-in bearings to further reduce drivetrain vibration.
The layshaft features super narrow design and a square shape where the all-new pulleys are keyed to the assembly. The pulleys are secured by an O-ring or the C-clip depending on the driver’s preference.
Machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and black anodized.
