Precision IR Timing
LapWiz uses high-sensitivity industrial-grade IR sensors in both the decoder and transponder to provide fast, reliable lap detection across a wide range of RC racing environments.
Easy Trackside Setup
No buried loop wires. No complicated installation. The included aluminium stand gives the timing decoder a stable, adjustable mounting position, while the magnetic sun visor helps reduce direct sunlight interference for more reliable outdoor use.
Standalone or Cloud Racing
Use LapWiz in standalone mode via Bluetooth for live timing, practice, time trial, race mode, Shadow Run, voice prompts, and session history — no internet required. Cloud mode allows race records to be backed up, accessed, and shared from anywhere.
Shadow Run Training
Shadow Run lets you race against a previous best lap or saved session, giving real-time lap delta feedback so you can see where you gain, where you lose, and how to improve consistency.
