The Klinik RC 2-in-1 Lockdown Carb System delivers two vital functions in one clean, simple, and highly reliable package. This multifunctional CNC-machined aluminum clamping ring is engineered for versatility and can be used across virtually all 1/8 engine applications.
Air Filter Boot Clamp
Part 1: The Lockdown carb system replaces the conventional cheap zip tie, providing unmatched air filter boot clamping security. How many engines have been destroyed because a zip tie failed and the air filter flew off? Don’t be that guy.
Part 2: The ring also serves as a holder for the throttle return O-ring, positioning it completely away from any objects that could cause damage or failure. The clamp is secured using the supplied M2.5 screw and is reusable indefinitely.
Carburetor Link
The link attaches to any M2 throttle linkage rod and is threaded to provide additional security and reliability. The holder is adjustable, allowing clearance from any objects that could cause possible damage or failure.
Silicone O-Ring
High Elasticity and Durability: The proprietary silicone material is both chemical and heat-resistant, ensuring its elastic properties remain unchanged over time without loss of tension. This delivers a secure throttle return and stable tuning, supporting a consistent idle point for easier, more precise, and repeatable engine adjustments.
