• Identical Product: The product must be identical to the one offered by our competitor, including the same brand, model, and SKU.
• In-Stock: The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase. "Warehouse Stock" is excluded.
• Verified Price: The competitor's price in Australian dollars.
• Valid Competitor: The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product and have a physical or online store within Australia. Market places are excluded.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from our Price Beat Policy:

• Prices below Cost: We reserve the right to decline or cancel a price match if the competitor's price is below our cost price.
• Clearance or Liquidation Sales: Prices from clearance or liquidation sales are excluded.
• Prices from Unverified Sources: Prices from unverified sources, such as auction sites or unauthorized resellers, are excluded.
• Prices that Violate Manufacturer Pricing Policies: Prices that violate manufacturer pricing policies are excluded.
• Bundle Deals: Prices for bundle deals or packages are excluded.

How to Claim

To claim a price beat, please follow these steps:

• On eligible products, click "Price Beat" and enter the competitor's url of the product.
• If a price beat is found, the discount will automatically be applied to your cart.
• You have 24-hours to checkout.

Limitations

Our Price Beat Policy is limited to reasonable quantities and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Price Beat Policy at any time without notice.
