This is a bottle of Trinity "Indigo Dot" Tire Spray for off-road use. This product is applied directly to tires. It Conditions and softens rubbers for increased traction. Works best on natural rubber. Included spray nozzle.
Used Rubber tires can also benefit from its Magic formula to restore grip level from wear-out.
Apply it on the entire tire surface and let air dry. This will condition and soften the tires. Repeated applications will increase the softness of the tire.
